These seminars are 90 minutes long and are in fact the first session of the full Buteyko Training Course.
This means participants receive a good understanding of the history, science and practical application of the Buteyko Method and
leave with some useful tips to start improving their own breathing immediately.
Those wishing to enrol for the full course may complete a registration form after the seminar.
